Become a Mentor

IMNO provides the tools and resources to enable successful professionals to share their knowledge and experience with thousands of aspiring professionals around the world.

If you are a successful professional, IMNO invites you to become a mentor. Choosing to be an IMNO mentor can save you time and effort. Once your interview is posted on our Web site, IMNO can serve as a central location where you can refer any individual seeking to be mentored, rather than having to give individual time to people seeking advice. You can also choose to be notified whenever an individual posts a question or comment to your interview. You may choose to respond privately to an individual, or you can post a reply that can be read by any IMNO member. Your personal contact information will always be kept private.

Note: Before you proceed to fill out the "Become a Mentor" form, you will want to have the following information available:

A .jpg image of yourself to upload for your profile (headshots preferred)

Information about other professionals you know that would also like to
be mentors

If you choose to answer the interview questions right away, you will be
asked the following questions:
  • Tell us about your background, where you were born, what life growing up was like, where you went to school, etc.
  • What have you achieved in your professional life? Share some of your career highlights.
  • How did you get started and what did you do to set yourself apart from others pursuing your same professional goals? Please share details on the process/pattern you followed to get to where you did in your career.
  • What habits, guiding principles, or goals have made you successful?
  • What advice would you give aspiring professionals from all over the world that are in a similar position to what you experienced when you first started?

If you prefer, you may choose to be interviewed by a member of the IMNO team rather than responding to the questions on the form.

If you have any questions or troubles with the “Become a Mentor” form, please contact us at info@imno.org.
